PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The ZWO Temperature Sensor for Electronic Automatic Focuser (EAF) adds an intelligent thermal compensation feature to your imaging rig, ensuring precision focus throughout long sessions. By detecting ambient temperature changes near the focuser, the sensor enables your ZWO EAF to automatically adjust for thermal expansion or contraction—critical for achieving optimal sharpness during extended deep-sky astrophotography.
Compact and lightweight, the sensor plugs directly into the EAF unit and is immediately recognized by the ASIStudio software suite. Whether you're imaging in the cold of winter or under shifting nighttime conditions, this sensor helps maintain pinpoint focus without manual intervention, delivering a sharper, more refined imaging experience.
