🚚 Shipping & Pricing

All the products available in stock, pre-order, back-order, special-order, local or imported items may involve two payments:

  • Listed Price: Manufacturer's declared Retail price as minimum or with minor adjustment due to currency exchange rates or any other factor
  • Checkout Payment – Push Buy it Now button to calculate
  • Final Invoice (if applicable) – customs duties, international freight, clearance, international and local taxes or delivery charges for special handling etc.

We always inform you before proceeding β€” no hidden costs.

Dispatch Timelines

  • In-stock items ship within 2–3 business days.
  • Pre-orders follow international shipping timelines; estimated delivery is shared at order confirmation and assured.
  • Tracking details are provided once your order is dispatched.

For your protection:
  • Inspect the package before accepting delivery.
  • Record a full unboxing video.
  • Keep the original packaging and invoice.

Astronomy equipment is precision-engineered and sensitive. For this reason, most sales are final.

Not Eligible for Return:-

  • Custom or special-order products
  • Pre-orders once confirmed
  • Discounted or promotional items
  • Opened optical equipment (telescopes, lenses, correctors)
  • Consumables once opened (filters, batteries, cleaning kits, software licenses)

When We Can Help:-

Returns or replacements are considered only if:

  • The item arrives at your doorstep with verified physical damage, or
  • The product is defective and unusable.

πŸ› οΈ Warranty Policy – Official Manufacturer Coverage

Sky Deep Co. is proud to offer Manufacturer warranty in Pakistan only for Products sold under Authorised Dealership Contracts.

Rest of the purchased products will be covered by the manufacturer under International Warranty terms and conditions.

All products sold under Authorised dealership contract are covered locally by Sky Deep Co. with full responsibility on similar terms and conditions as of original manufacturer warranty.

What This Means?

  • Warranty terms, duration, and coverage same as defined by the manufacturer.
  • Most Celestron and ZWO products include up to 2-year manufacturer warranty (depending on the product).
  • Products purchased from Sky Deep Co. are eligible for official warranty activation and support in Pakistan.
  • Grey-market or unauthorized imports or purchased from anyother person are not eligible for warranty or support.

What Manufacturer Warranties Cover is Covered by Sky Deep Co. that generally includes:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Electronic or mechanical faults under normal use

What Is Not Covered

As per Celestron & ZWO warranty terms, coverage does not include:

  • Accidental or physical damage
  • Water, moisture, or power-related damage
  • Improper use or mishandling
  • Unauthorized modification or self-repair
  • Normal wear and cosmetic marks

πŸ”§ How Warranty Claims Work (Simple & Local)

  1. Contact Sky Deep Co. with your order details.
  2. Share photos or videos showing the issue.
  3. Sky Deep will assess the problem with help of its Technical Team and discuss the case with manufacturer.
  4. The Sky Deep Co. and Manufacturer will mutually decide on repair or replacement, correspondence of any decision will be shared with the customer accordingly.
  5. Replacement and Repairs will be arranged by Sky Deep Co. at its own expense only for Authorised Dealership Products under Warranty time period only.

In case of products from Non Authorised Dealership Products

If shipping to a service center is required, any applicable costs will be discussed with you before proceeding.
