Product Description
The ZWO BC-230 Counterweight Bar is a 230 mm stainless steel counterweight shaft designed for the ZWO AM5 harmonic equatorial mount and other compatible mounts with an M12 × 1.75 female thread. It provides a secure mounting point for counterweights, helping achieve better balance when using heavier telescope and astrophotography setups.
With its durable stainless steel construction and oxidation-resistant design, the BC-230 is built for reliable long-term use. It is particularly useful with the ZWO AM5 when the payload exceeds approximately 13 kg and additional counterweight support is required.
