ZWO ASI585MC Planetary Camera

This camera replaces your eyepiece. It connects to your telescope via USB and sends a live video feed directly to your laptop.

The Sony IMX585 sensor inside shoots at 47 frames per second. That means thousands of frames in just a few minutes. Sharpness-selection software then picks the best frames and stacks them into one clean, detailed image. Planet details that are invisible to the eye become visible in your final photo.

Tele Vue 2.5x Powermate Barlow

The Powermate sits between your telescope and camera. It multiplies your focal length by 2.5x — taking your Sky-Watcher's 1200mm focal length up to an effective 3000mm.

More focal length means the planet fills more of your frame. More frame means more detail captured. Tele Vue glass is optically premium. It adds magnification without adding blur.

Do I need experience to use this bundle?

No. The Dobsonian is the easiest telescope to set up. The ZWO camera works with free software called SharpCap. Our team is available to guide you through your first imaging session.

What software do I need?

SharpCap or FireCapture for capture — both free. AutoStakkert! for stacking — free. Registax or AstroSurface for sharpening — also free. Sky Deep's team can walk you through all of it.

Can I image from a city like Lahore or Karachi?

Yes. Planets are bright enough to photograph through city light pollution. This bundle is well suited for rooftop imaging in any Pakistani city.

Does this work for deep sky imaging too?

The ZWO ASI585MC can do basic deep sky imaging. For serious deep sky work, you will eventually want an equatorial tracking mount. We can help you plan that upgrade when you are ready.
