iOptron Photron 200 RC OTA

The iOptron Photron 200 RC OTA is a purpose-built 200 mm (8-inch) Ritchey-Chrétien astrograph designed for today's serious astroimagers. Its optical system delivers coma-free, spherical aberration-free, and chromatic aberration-free performance — making it ideal for high-resolution deep-sky imaging. At its core, the Photron 200 RC uses low thermal expansion quartz primary and secondary mirrors with 99% reflective dielectric coatings for exceptional light throughput and temperature stability. Its steel tube is internally baffled with 10 knife-edge baffles to suppress stray light and maximize contrast — whether you're imaging or observing. The OTA comes equipped with a dual-speed Crayford focuser and multiple extension rings, allowing precise control over backfocus and camera compatibility. With Losmandy- and Vixen-style mounting plates included, the Photron 200 RC is highly adaptable to a wide range of mounts and imaging setups.
